Paths for freedom and progress
Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. ( Jean Jaques Rousseau )                        Man needs to work with nature, not against it. (Thomas Ulf Nilsson)                        I prefer liberty with danger than peace with slavery. ( Jean Jaques Rousseau )                        The intellectual, tweed-wearing middle-class socialist didn't like the poor; they just hated the rich (Orwell)                        We swallow greedily any lie that flatters us, but we sip only little by little at a truth we find bitter. Denis Diderot                        Marxism and capitalism are equal. Both explore productive and creative men for the benefit of parasites. Thomas Nilsson.                        Useless laws weaken the necessary laws.(Montesquieu)                          Stilles wasser sind tief. (Still waters run deep). Friedrich Ludwig Schröder                         Happiness is nothing more than good health and a bad memory.Albert Schweitzer                         Love is when you desire happiness of the others. Unconditional, without expecting anything in return. Buddha                        If we only wanted to be happy, it would be easy; but we want to be happier than other people, and that is almost always difficult, since we think them happier than they are. (Montesquieu)                         About true liberty: Abraham Lincoln may have freed all men, but Sam Colt made them equal.                        Die meisten Menschen brauchen mehr Liebe, als sie verdienen (Most people need more love than they deserve) Marie Freifrau von Ebner-Eschenbach                         You should neither judge, nor forgive. Leave such matters to the Destiny. Thomas Nilsson                         An injustice to one is a threat made to all. (Montesquieu)                         BOYCOTT BRAZIL: http://boycott-brazil4.webnode.com/why-boycott-brazil2/                         If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito. (Dalai Lama XIV)                         Christian theology is the grandmother of Bolshevism. Oswald Spengler.

Why did it happen? What went wrong? “It was a communication failure”. “We have to talk”. “We must have a meeting”. That is what we hear if something goes wrong. And the immediate reaction is: We must talk more. We must have more communication. One more meeting. But this is what people normally do today, but the problems continue. People normally talk TOO MUCH instead of too little. A lot of talkin´ and not any walkin´. More chat than action. Time consuming meetings. And so on….
Is the problem LACK OF UNDERSTANDING instead of lack of communication?

Most people today live in big cities. Living in small villages is more and more rare. A small closed community offers perhaps not...

Environment is a serious issue. For the World and for human destiny. For some people, an opportunity for profit. For others, an opportunity to power. And for some, just a symbol for status, showing “consideration” for environment.

As long as “Red wine socialists” – that´s party members and supporters of Marxist theories, claiming communism and equality for us, but self living in pleasant neighborhoods far far away from the reality and problematic suburbs. After a century of alliance with workers, the socialist parties must look for other support, as well paid workers prefer to vote on right wing or even conservative parties. So beyond the support to a lot of obscure minority groups, the...

Wealth and inequality have been with us for all our human history. Things get rocky when that gap grows large enough, or is even just perceived as large. In the beginning of the 20th century, factory owners in USA and Europe felt the pressure from workers, They had started to organize themselves in syndicates, in spite of low wages, harsh conditions and extended work shifts. Smart capitalists made deals with politicians and syndicates, the workers got a little better conditions, far from acceptable conditions regarding safety and life quality, but sufficient to avoid rampage. The tsar in Russia were not so flexible, Russia did not change much to the better. So – 1918, the revolution broke out an throw Russia with satellite states into a brutal Soviet communist...

UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. And the tendence is similar all over the World, in most of the other countries.

On June 15, 1215, King John sat in a field in Runnymede, England, surrounded by angry nobles. His Barons—the big landowners throughout England—had rebelled and seized London, forcing King John to sign an agreement guaranteeing certain rights to the people of England… and restrictions of his power.
This agreement was called the Magna Carta. And it would become one of the most important documents in history.

Centuries later in 1678, Charles II was King of England. Like many kings, Charles was terrible with money. And when he ran out of it, he started demanding extra...
